The Youth Exchange and Study (YES) program allows students with disabilities from around the world to spend a year studying in the United States and living with a host family. In order to stay driven and be successful, it is important that people have a goal to strive for. This clip shows how individuals with disabilities can succeed in college, and it gives students in high school a chance see that others like them can be great. This video is important because it allows us to see what life is like for children and parents with disabilities outside the United States.
